Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 15, 2026

Voxi Media Inc. (“Voxi Media”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through voximedia.com (the “Site”), our AI image and video generator, Voxi Studio (the “Studio”), and our agency services, as well as how we use it and the choices you have. Our separate platforms, including AvatarMaker.ai, TrueInfluencer.ai, AI Prompts Market, AiSolutionGuide, AI Powered Income, dancr.me and Boat Responsibly, have their own privacy policies, and those policies apply when you use them.

1. What we collect

Account information. When you sign in to the Studio, we collect your email address and create an account ID. Sign-in uses one-time email links, so we don’t store a password.

Studio activity. We record your prompts, settings (model, aspect ratio, duration), any image links you provide, the generated images and videos, each job’s status, and your credit balance and credit history.

Purchase information. When you buy credits, we record the pack, amount, date and Stripe’s payment reference. Stripe collects your card details directly. We never receive your full card number.

Information you send us. When you use the contact form or email us, or when you become a client, we collect your name, email address, company, project details and anything else you choose to share. Client projects may involve images, video, voice or likenesses that you provide.

Technical information. When you visit the Site, our hosting and service providers automatically log your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, referring URLs, and the date and time of your visit.

2. How we use it

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

3. Prompts, uploads & AI processing

4. Payments

Stripe, Inc. processes payments under its own privacy policy. Stripe receives your card details, billing name, email and country, and may use them to prevent fraud. We receive only a payment confirmation, the amount, and limited card details such as the brand and last four digits.

5. Legal bases (EEA, UK and similar jurisdictions)

We rely on these legal bases: contract, to provide your account, the Studio, credits and the services you buy; legitimate interests, to secure the Site, prevent abuse and fraud, enforce our Terms and improve our services; consent, for marketing emails and non-essential cookies; and legal obligation, for tax, accounting and lawful requests.

6. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with:

7. Cookies & local storage

The Studio uses your browser’s local storage to keep you signed in and to save an unsent prompt while you sign in or check out. These are essential to the service. We don’t use advertising cookies. If we add analytics cookies, we will ask for your consent where the law requires it. You can clear local storage and cookies in your browser at any time, but you will then be signed out.

8. Retention

9. Security

We protect your information with encryption in transit (HTTPS), database row-level security so each user can read only their own records, server-side handling of all API keys and payment secrets, and access controls. No system is completely secure. If a breach affects you, we will notify you as the law requires.

10. International transfers

Our providers may process your information in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, we rely on safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

11. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict our processing of it, and to withdraw consent. California residents have the right to know what we collect, to request deletion and correction, to opt out of the sale or sharing of their information (we don’t sell or share it), and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, including closing your Studio account and deleting your history, email privacy@voximedia.com from the address on your account. We will respond within the time the law requires. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

12. Children

The Site and the Studio are not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes

We may update this policy. If a change is material, we will tell you by email or in the Studio before it takes effect, and we will update the “Last updated” date above.
